She holds B.Sc. in Chemistry from Bayero University, Kano and Post Graduate Diploma in Educaon, B.Sc. Applied Accounng (Oxford Brookes), M.Sc. Accounng (Northampton),ACCA, ACA. She has held various management posions at Luggard insurance Brokers Limited. Where she successfully handled all IFRS conversion of company financial statements. She was the Manager, Debt Recovery in PHCN.
She also has a snt in markeng as outstanding markeng officer of Power Holding Company LTD (PHCN) Garki Business District Abuja. She is currently the Principal Partner, Rosemary Onoja Consulting.

Mr. Egbita is a first class graduate of accounting and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, also a member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and chartered institute of forensic and investigative professionals of Nigeria.
He Started as the Chief Accountant of Tower Assets Management Limited a stock broking firm, where he was responsible for bank reconciliation, final Accounts and filling regulatory reports to relevant
agencies. He moved to Oceanic Bank International Plc Financial Control seconded to Oceanic Registrars Limited Foremost Registrar as Head of Finance where he set up the entire financial and internal controls as well as responsible for financial statement and tax rendition of the company. He was able to reconcile the public offer account of about N118B with any reconciliation issues.
He later joined mainstream banking as Head, Funds Transfer Ecobank Maina Court branch Abuja.
A position he held until the bank needed his experience in the compliance and internal control unit to bring his experience to bear. As the Internal Control Officer overseeing Kogi East Branches, he was able to save the bank from losses due to bad loans at Idah and Ajaokuta Branches.
He is a trained Forensic expert with a Masters in Forensic Accounting and Masters in Accounting and finance. Before joining Rosemary Onoja associates. He was the manager, Audit Josiah Idakwoji and Co.

Philip currently has over 11 year post qualification experience as a professional accountant, with vast expertise in maritime audit, revenue audit, tax audit, value for money audit, with proven track record as a managing partner with Kia consult which has executed various project as consultant to public and private sector establishment
Philip Adedayo Olowoniyi has vast banking experience with specialization in branch operations, auditing & relationships management, Philip Adedayo Olowoniyi has had over 15 years’ experience in the banking industry, he is a graduate of Accounting, thereafter obtaining the ACA (Association of Chartered Accountants) certification.

Afterworking asheadAccountantinRuthsolNigeria for 6 years, Philip’s banking and finance career began with the then Diamond Bank as a Cash Service Officer in 2004. As cash service officer, Philip was responsible for general cash handling, payment of cheques, receipt of deposit and cash tax remittances. Spending one year there, he then move on to Eco bank where he served as a Cash Officer/Funds Transfer Officer. Scaling up from this position to becoming a relationship manager and r/customer service

manager within the same organization, he worked his way up from the role of preparation of Managers’ cheques, the processing and subsequent posting of outgoing and incoming clearing cheques – easing up into the coordination of daily activities of the Fund transfer unit. Amongst a host of other responsibilities in coordinating the Funds Transfer unit, Mr Olowoniyi exercised oversight over the Ecobank Maitama branch’s applications to execute transfer systems & other related products & services such as NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer) and NIPS (NIBSS Instant Payments).

As Head – Funds Transfer Unit, he also worked with vendors, management & regulatory authorities on international transfers such as Western Union, MoneyGram transfer & Ecobank rapid transfer. This role would later offer him the opportunity to serve as member of a cross- functional team that managed the successful implementation of upgrade of banking software – finacle. [Finacle, a core banking product developed by the Infosys that provides universal Digital banking functionality to banks, is used by banks across 100 countries to serve over 1 billion customers]

With 11 years post qualification experience as a Chartered accountant cum member of the CIBN (Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria), Philip Adedayo Olowoniyi has provided strategic support to other Strategic Business Units (SBUs) within Eco bank. Given the nature of SBUs, that is, their inclination to product ideation/unbundling and development of unique products targeting specific audience for independent revenue and profit tracking, this role enabled him deliver job satisfaction that came with the typical challenging SBU roles of product development, product knowledge development/training, logistics handling, financing, and budget preparation, Human Resource management, and of course the consequent Coordinating of B2C (Business to Customer) relationship management.

Philip has also carried out a sub-consultancy service for various micro finance banks to reconstruct, reorganize its operations and recapitalize them to make them a profitable venture. As a consultant with certification in audit command language and specialization in revenue audit, he is highly proficient in various audit methodology, IT audit of both private and public sector, and, training of upcoming consultants. He currently is a managing partner with Rosemary Onoja associate.

Clifford Chiemezie

Mr. Clifford Chiemezie Kingsley is a graduate of accounting and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He Started his career with Oceanic bank PLC in 2006 in the retail marketing, Investment and credit unit, increasing the deposit base of the branch and generating liabilities, that gave the branch her profit. While at Oceanic bank he was the account officer to A. A Rano Oils, Living faith church and
other major account for the branch. Afterheleftthebanking, he proceeded to Dunu Industries as the Chief Accountant for years before leaving for Connaks Nigeria Ltd as an Accountant, while there he was able to set up the account unit and increased the market and profit base of the company.

He has wide experience in starting up a business entity and running it to profitability. He also had a stop at Amazon Energy as accounts Payable and Receivable officer in that company. He is currently the Accountant with Strabic Nigeria Ltd, presently handling the second phase of National Assembly Service Commission, where he currently handle all their payment processes, taxation, verification of all vendors account before payments. He also ensures that all receivables are realized for the management.
