Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State has called on his supporters to remain calm following the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential primary, describing his loss in the poll as the will of God.
The governor said this on Monday when he returned to Port Harcourt, the state capital on Monday after losing out to Atiku Abubakar in the party’s presidential poll.
“It is God’s will, let us not bother ourselves so much,” Wike said, accusing an unnamed governor of sabotage.
