The founder/ceo of Urah tv and director, Oma Igala Voice has been conferred with the Commonwealth Ambassadorial Award.
The investiture ceremony was conducted at Merit House in Abuja yesterday , May 22, 2023 in a colourful pomp witnessed by friends, well-wishers colleagues, family members, and acquaintances of the recipient, Ambasdsdor Sunday Attabo.
The ovations, acclaim, applause, and cheers that greeted the conferment of the award spoke volumes about the endearment to which the public hold Attabo for his passionate service to humanity through his Newmedia outfit, UrahTv and advocacy platform, Oma Igala Voice.
This was acknowledged much by the Commonwealth of Nigeria Society in its recitation preceding the presentation of the award.
The Society had this to say:”We present to you the Ambassadorial Award in recognition of your
exceptional and unblemished stewardship to the nation and inestimable contribution to the well-being of mankind.”
With this award by Commonwealth Society of Nigeria, Sunday Attabo is qualified to bear the title Ambassador and enjoys official approval to attend all Commonwealth of Nations activities across the globe.
In a remark after the conferment of the award, Ambassador Sunday Attabo expressed his gratitude to the management of Commonwealth Society of Nigeria for recognising him for the award.
He promised to uphold the principles of service which played him up for the recognition, adding that he would not let the society down.
He thanked all those who came to boost his morale at the event and prayed God to reward their love and sacrifice.
Ambassador Attabo is an acknowledged Igala icon who has used his talents and resources to sensitize the Igala race and Nigerians in general for patriotic development services.
