Alaafin of Oyo’s ‘new wife’, Chioma opens up about dumping her igbo husband for Alaafin

Chioma Nwadike-Stanley who was alleged to have dissolved her marriage to an Igbo man for the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi has denied the report.

Kemi Filani recalls the monarch had, a few days ago, trended on social media after he stepped out with a new bride reportedly named Chioma who was rumoured to be engaged to her alleged previous husband. The news also came with pictures alleging to be of Alaafin’s new bride and her estranged husband.

Chioma Nwadike has via her verified Twitter page denied claims that she dumped her husband to get married to the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi.

However, Nwadike who issued a disclaimer on Twitter, she’s not the Chioma who is the new bride of the Alaafin.

Mercy Eke, the BBNaija Naija season 4 winner, has debunked reports that she is in a relationship with Nigerian footballer Aaron Samuel.

It was also alleged she was the reason for the break up between footballer Aaron Samuel and his wife Chinwe.

Mercy who is in South Africa, has denied the allegation, as she states she’s not dating Aaron and was shocked seeing the news online.

In a statement given to Stella’s Blog, the reality star was asked If Aaron Samuel is her boyfriend and she said “No”

’Whoever is behind this pack of lies will never know peace since this person does not want to let me rest..

If it is true I am guilty may i never know peace or anything good come to me but if i am innocent, whoever is behind this is doomed and will never know peace… what is my business with him? I know him but have nothing romantic with him.

Chelsea makes Peter Okoye N48M richer

Nigerian recording artiste, Peter Okoye has taken to social media to toot his horn as he said he won a $100,000 (N48 million) bet on Wednesday, after Chelsea defeated Spanish giants, Real Madrid in the UEFA Champions League semi-finals.

The elated singer-songwriter who is a fan of the English football outfit, Chelsea revealed that he is richer now; he went on to reveal the amount of money he won.

The victory which means Chelsea will be facing Manchester City in the final made Peter Okoye $100k richer. The talented singer revealed this via a post on his Twitter account.

Although he did not reveal his bet stake that got him the winning, he added that he might place $200,000 on the finals if Chelsea ends up victorious against Manchester City.

Popular Nigerian singer, Davido has joined many Nigerians in criticizing the President Muhammadu Buhari-led government over the rising insecurity issues in the country.

Davido on his Twitter page described things happening in the country as evil and disgusting.

The ‘If’ crooner said anyone supporting this present administration deserves to go to hell fire.

According to him, the entertainment industry saved Nigeria.

His tweet read: “God how did it get to this man! Any body supporting this government suppose go hell fire Walai. It’s not even ridiculous no more it is disgusting and evil!

“Country don choke oh, he don reach even them sef wan run

“Entertainment saved Nigeria!” (sic).

For the past few days, there have been criticisms from Nigerians over the spate of kidnapping, killings and unrest across the country.

While some quarters called for Buhari to resign others demanded that he wipe out bandits and those responsible for kidnapping and killings.
