Gentlemen of the press, today, on the 11th of November, 2023, we stand before you to proudly announce a ground-breaking moment that will shape the future of our beloved state, Kogi. A darkness that has engulfed us for a daunting seven years, under the reign of the APC led by Alhaji Yahaya Bello, shall now be lifted. In this historic alliance, the People Democratic Party (PDP) and the Dominant Group of Labour Party (LP) in Kogi State join hands to set our state back on the path to progress.

Only interested in Making Money and Political Power, Tinubu’s body language shows he’s not interested in security – Northern Elders

After extensive consultations and with the best interest of our state at heart, the Labour Party has come to a resolute decision to align with the PDP, adopting Senator Dino Melaye as its candidate for the upcoming Kogi State Governorship Election, scheduled for the 11th of November, 2023.

This momentous partnership is driven by a profound desire to serve the best interests of all Kogites and to build a brighter future for our great state. We call upon our dedicated supporters in Kogi State to unite and rally behind the PDP Gubernatorial Candidate, Senator Dino Melaye, as we march towards a better tomorrow for Kogi State.

We express our gratitude to all those who have stood by us through thick and thin, supporting us through our collective struggles. Together, we shall rise above all obstacles and bring about a new era of progress, prosperity, and unity. The time has come for a change that will be felt by every citizen of our beloved state.

We seize this opportunity to urge the Kogi State electorate to mobilize in full force and exercise their democratic rights by casting their votes massively for Senator Dino Melaye come November 11th, 2023. Together, we will be the architects of a brighter and more hopeful Kogi State, where every individual’s dreams and aspirations are achieved.

Thank you for your attention, and may God bless you all.

Signed,
Col. Vin
