The National Assembly Service Commission NASC will begin a three day conference for National and States Assembly Service Commissions on Tuesday to Friday.
The event scheduled for Abuja, the nation’s capital will hold at Maryam Babangida National Centre for Women Development MBNCWD with it’s theme, “Excellence in Parliamentary Service: A Panacea for Good Legislation and Democratic Governance” will be declared open by the introductory remarks to be delivered by the Executive Chairman, National Assembly Service Commission NASC, Engr Ahmed Kadi Amshi FNSE.
The President of the Senate, Obong Godswill Akpabio, Speaker of the House of Representatives, Dr Tajudeen Abbas will deliver the opening remarks ,while the keynote address will be delivered by the Director General, National Institute of Policy and Strategic Studies NIPSS , Professor Ayo Omotayo.
The 36 states Assembly Service Commissions are expected to grace the three day event , which will dissolve to technical sessions for the period of the events.
The commission held such program in Uyo , Akwa Ibom state and Kaduna in the previous years.
