The controversy stems from an unfortunate incident in Ajiolo Ojajji community, Dekina Local Government Area, which resulted in injuries and property damage. In a statement provided to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lokoja, Senator Echocho addressed the allegations, saying, “I am not into any contest or rivalry with any person. I have given a good account of my stewardship, and Kogi East is comfortable with my representation.”
